Mistmap1. Agreement and service
These terms apply to Mistmap, provided by JC Studio. By using the app, you agree to these terms subject to applicable law. Mistmap records personal walks and displays explored areas; availability, maps and features may change. The current app is free and has no in-app purchases. Any future paid offer will disclose its price and conditions before purchase.
2. Walk responsibly
Stay aware of traffic, terrain, weather, private property and local access rules. Do not operate the app while driving or where doing so is unsafe. The map is not emergency navigation, a rescue service, a guarantee of a safe or legal route, or medical advice. Location, distance, area and city labels are estimates and can be inaccurate or interrupted by device restrictions.
3. Your records and permissions
You retain rights in your own records. You allow the processing described in the Privacy Policy to provide the service. Keep backups of records you want to preserve. Device loss, deletion, operating-system behavior or software faults can cause data loss. Do not share files containing another person’s information without an appropriate basis.
4. Permitted use and third parties
We grant you a limited right to use the app for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls, submit abusive traffic, or misuse another person’s data. Map content belongs to its respective providers and contributors and is subject to their licences. Mandatory rights, including rights allowed by law regarding software interoperability, remain unaffected.
5. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing the app but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy or permanent storage. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from unsafe use, inaccurate third-party maps or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Ending use, changes and contact
You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. The Privacy Policy explains local and server data deletion. We may restrict abusive use or discontinue a feature, with notice where reasonably possible or required. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date; additional notice or agreement will be obtained where required. Contact whdcjf8172@gmail.com for questions or disputes.
